DataXchange users can now access their previously created RTV (Real-Time Viewer) charts directly from the Data Display launch pad, offering seamless access to performance dashboards from any browser-based device.

A recent user onboarding feature is an intuitive-guided process that sets up new machine monitoring accounts, and for those seeking heightened data security, we now offer the Scytec DataXchange Secure Cloud via AWS GovCloud. This feature ensures that sensitive data is protected, while meeting industry standards such as ITAR and CMMC 2.0.

Lastly, DataXchange has expanded its data collection capabilities, enabling more accurate and streamlined machine monitoring for modern equipment like Siemens, Heidenhain, Okuma, and more. These enhancements provide users with deeper insights and more detailed reports than rudimentary machine monitoring systems.
