DataXchange will be receiving an update within a few days which will require .NET Framework 4.5.2 or greater. The needed version of the .NET Framework in included with Windows 8 and newer operating systems, so only Windows 7 PCs may need to be updated.
When logged into DataXchange if a message appears in the upper right hand corner next to the Help button then an updated of the .NET Framework is required.
Note that while DataXchange updates do not require Administrator permissions, updates to the .NET Framework do require Administrator level permissions.
Updates to the .NET Framework are included in Windows Update, and can also be installed independently of Windows Update. The update can be downloaded directly from Microsoft.
